Recycling 101: How to Make a Teddy Bear into an Abstract Form

Me & My Teddy Bear (cell phone pic)

Step 1: Rip bear apart at seams & remove stuffing.

Step 2: Sew flat pieces back together

Step 3: Reattach large, flat piece into a three dimensional form.
Step 4: Stuff it with its own innards.
Step 5: Sew shut.

Voila!

darlin...you are over thinking it way too much. Leave it as is. I don't think you should hang it on a string because the fun of having a really weird, fuzzy, abstract form like that invites the viewer to pick it up and play with it and look at the various sides. Although I do think it would be funny if you incorporated the heart in there somewhere...maybe stick it in one of the seams so you can only see a part of it....kind of like it's inside out

Point taken. Perhaps I will just try to incorporate the heart and then leave it be.
