I hadn't seen this because I haven't been up on my Medulla videos. Bjork reached a really interesting and different point in her career with this album. The videos aren't like anything else and I feel like Volta almost returns to what she was doing before while Medulla is much more guttural and bodily. Volta gets political, but I think both embrace this sense of being a part of something bigger instead of living in your own little world like the characters in her previous albums.

You have to love your Joy Division. I need to get more of their albums. It's just so delicious. Oh Ian Curtis. I can't get over his voice. And they're so young in this video.
